  Loved the doctor however staff was terribly disorganized and actually lied about needing a referral from the doctor to go to a specialist. When confronted, the nurse admitted she knew with my insurance I did not need one after all. Spectrum Health really needs to come off their high horses and get back to the business of actually caring for their patients again. Too big for their own good. Have switched to Holland Hospital doctors and love them. Never Spectrum again.
