  I’m 11 months into a vehicle purchased at Holtzlander and I’ll soon be on transmission number 3. I’ve replaced everything from that transmission and module and wire harness associated with it to the full suspension system (struts, control arms) and wheels (tires, ball joint, axle). There are mystery electrical issues that cause random issues with my headlights and blinkers. Literally has been a nightmare. Go ahead and search Holtzlander reviews and you’ll see a common theme. A customer will complain about the lemon they purchased and mention that Holtzlander doesn’t help and ignores them. Then a Holtzlander rep will respond by saying the customer is lying and that they did help and are happy to help however they can. Let me go ahead and beat Holtzlander at their own game—they NEVER helped, with anything. After repeated attempts to contact them shortly after the vehicle was purchased, the only way we got a response was to show up in person. That response was throwing their prior mechanic under the bus and saying they no longer use that mechanic. No help. No, they didn’t help me. They won’t help me. They won’t help any of their customers. I don’t care what their response is to this—it’s lies. Count up the customer complaints with a simple google search. They all sound the same, don’t they? Don’t fall for their response. Funny they always have time to respond to internet reviews but not the phone in their pocket? All I can do is move forward, and you should, too. Right past the business to a different lot.
